Times offers a 14-day return guarantee for the products you purchase. However, certain conditions must be met for the products to be eligible for return.

3. Return Procedure:

The product you wish to return must be sent back complete with its warranty certificate, certificate, user manual, accessories, and all original packaging contents. For products that meet the return conditions, you may request either an exchange or a refund.

Products purchased from Times can be returned within 14 days, but the original packaging must remain intact, and the product must be unused and in resellable condition.
