Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period and Unconditional Return Guarantee:
Times offers a 14-day return guarantee for the products you purchase. However, certain conditions must be met for the products to be eligible for return.
- Non-returnable Products:
The return of products is not accepted in the following cases:
- Products with damaged original packaging or missing contents.
- Used or non-resellable items.
- Products with certificates created specifically for the customer (such as Tudor watches).
- Products that have been specially ordered or manufactured.
- Products marked with "No returns or exchanges" on the product detail page.
- Return Procedure:
The product you wish to return must be sent back complete with its warranty certificate, certificate, user manual, accessories, and all original packaging contents. Return procedures will begin once the product arrives at our facility, where necessary checks will be made, and actions will be initiated based on compliance with the return conditions. For products that meet the return conditions, you may request either an exchange or a refund.
- Return Shipping Fee:
The cost of the secure shipping for the return is to be paid by the customer.
- Things to Keep in Mind During the Return Process:
- For the return process, the product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories intact.
- Returns for products that do not meet the return conditions are not guaranteed.
- Once the return process is initiated, you will be informed about the status of the procedure using the contact details registered in the system.
Products purchased from Times can be returned within 14 days, but the original packaging must remain intact, and the product must be unused and in resellable condition. Personalized, custom-made items or certain products marked as "No returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. Return processes will be carried out based on condition compliance, and the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
